LSU Football Steals Louisiana’s Best RB From UCLA
Coach Ed Orgeron and the LSU football program may have gotten its biggest flip to date, as the top running back in Louisiana, AJ Carter, has de-committed from UCLA and instead has decided to play for the Tigers.
This extra addition adds to a big run over the last couple months, which has positioned LSU as one of the Top 3 recruiting classes in the country for the 2018 class. At least according to 247sports.com and Rivals.
Imagine what that this recruiting class would look like if LSU was able to land newly minted Rivals 5-Star super-recruit from Parkway in Bossier City...crazy right?
Anyway, here's more on the AJ Carter flip from the Louisiana Radio Network:
"One of the top running backs in the state has flipped his commitment from UCLA to LSU. Many’s AJ Carter becomes the third running back verbal pledge in the Tigers 2018 class. The six-foot, 220 pound tailback is considered a three-star prospect after rushing for 22-hundred yards and 41 total touchdowns as a junior."
