LSU Football Program Named Fourth Most Valuable in the Country
Les Miles and everyone else involved have something else to be proud of, and it's not a victory on the football field.
Forbes Magazine has recently unveiled a list of the most profitable college football programs in the country. And, for an LSU fan's sake our Tigers did pretty good as they have come in a No. 4.
Without a doubt, this is the best time to be an LSU football fan. The product on the field is excellent and the team is a consistent 10-game winner.
Besides playing exceptional football, the LSU football program is bringing in a ton of money.
According to Forbes Magazine, the football program is worth $104 million!
The Texas Longhorns come in on top, with their value at $139 million, and the Notre Dame Irish come in at second and are valued at $117 million.
Right above LSU is none other than Alabama. LSU's main rival is ranked third and is valued at $110 million.
