Here’s the February Schedule for the Shreveport Mudbugs

The Shreveport Mudbugs will play four home games in the month of February, none this upcoming weekend, unfortunately.

January was one of the busiest months for the Mudbugs that I can remember, outside of playoffs, of course. Last month, The 'Bugs played SEVCEN home games, including one stretch where they played four home games in five days. Mudbugs fans were certainly spoiled by so many home games last month, fortunately, we have a solid handful to look forward to this month as well.

In the month of February, the boys will take the ice at George's Pond four times in the middle of the month, with two weekends on the road to kick off the month and end the month. The first home stretch will take place on February 13th and 14th against the Amarillo Bulls. This weekend will be a fun one as it's the ultra-popular Mardi Gras weekend. For some of us Mardi Gras lovers, this may be the closest we get to Mardi Gras in this COVID-stricken Mardi Gras season.

The following weekend, on the 19th and 20th, the Mudbugs will take on the Odessa Jackalopes at George's Pond. This weekend should certainly feel magical as the Friday night game is the popular Wizards Night. Saturday night will be dedicated to the Sportsman's Paradise.
