Avengers fever is spreading like crazy. We're just a couple weeks away from Avengers: Endgame hitting theaters, and destroying every box office record that exists. The advanced ticket sales have already set a ton of records, and took down a few sites and apps along the way.

So a couple weeks ago, we asked what our area's favorite Marvel movies from the MCU were. Now the votes are counted, and we're ready to reveal the results...

This list is big, so we're going to break it up into multiple posts. We will link them altogether though, so you can see the entire list. We're going to start now with movies #3-#1:

3. Black Panther (2018)

The most award winning Marvel movie ever, Black Panther is probably the second or third most serious MCU film, behind only Infinity War and Thor: The Dark World. But even with the gravity of the movie, it had lighthearted moments, and was full of hope...but the subject matter made it a pretty heavy movie for a "comic book movie"

2. Avengers: Infinity War (2018)

It feels a little like the top of this list benefits from proximity to a movie's release date. Not that Infinity War (and Black Panther right before it) shouldn't be near the top of this kind of list, but is it truly better than the original Avengers? Or better than Civil War? Either way, Infinity War is what we've all been building too, and maybe most importantly, it delivered. The movie was huge, it was serious, it had heartwarming points, and was able to evoke STRONG emotions with it's crucial scene at the end. There were a large number of fans who wept, who got angry, and nearly every fan just couldn't wait to see what came next.

1. Marvel's The Avengers (2012)

This was one of the coolest things to ever happen in the motion picture industry. Not only was the cast full of massive stars, but they were playing massive characters. At the time The Avengers was released, we thought this was the pinnacle of the MCU. Really, in 2012, how could they have topped THAT? (Well, we can see exactly how now) This was the crowning achievement within the MCU, even with the heights they've reached now, it all REALLY started here.

That's the list. The fans of the Ark-La-Tex have spoken, and that's how they laid it out. If you missed any of the list, you can start back at #21, and work your way up to this point.
