Sproles Out for Monday Night Football – Saints vs. Eagles

New Orleans Saints running back and return specialist Darren Sproles will be out Monday Night when the Saints play the Philadelphia Eagles. Interim coach Joe Vitt addressed the media today after practice and announced that Sproles has a serious hand injury and has already had surgery on the hand. Vitt wouldn’t divulge which hand, nor when the injury occurred. The Saints will be at home in the dome when the Eagles come to town.
