SFX Master Doug Jones Headlines CyPhaCon In Lake Charles
Southwest Louisiana's premiere pop culture convention, CyPhaCon, has been forced to delay their 10th anniversary since 2020. But now, in 2022, they will finally get to celebrate this historic achievement. For their big anniversary, the show is expanding. The Lake Charles event will now be bigger than ever, as they expand into the full Lake Charles Convention Center.
The 10th anniversary show will take place April 1st-3rd, 2022. The show will be at the Lake Charles Civic Center. This year's CyPhaCon is headlined by an actor that you know, but you might not know you know. His name is Doug Jones, and he's a living legend...
Jones is one of the best special effects actors of all time. He's been in 150 films, but is maybe best known for the lead roles in the Academy Award winning movies Pan's Labyrinth and The Shape of Water. But here are some of the other roles you probably know:
