Former New Orleans Saints linebacker Scott Fujita has signed a one day contract with the Saints and announced his retirement from the NFL.

Fujita was part of the New Orleans Saints team in 2009 when they won Superbowl XLIV.  Fujita was also one of the first NFL veterans to sign with the Saints as a free-agent in 2006 following the franchise's rebuilding from Hurricane Katrina.  Most recently, Fujita was one of the four players named and subsequently suspended (and un-suspended) in the NFL's Bounty case.

In the photo above, Scott can be seen in a photo he tweeted signing the one-day contract with New Orleans in Peru.  Fujita is currently touring with Team Gleason the ruins of Machu Pichu.
