Saints Sign Former Evangel Star Keyunta Dawson

The New Orleans Saints, Wednesday, signed former Evangel standout Keyunta Dawson.

The defensive end was a seventh round draft pick by the Indianapolis Colts and has been with four teams since coming into the league in 2007.

Dawson was waived by the Tennessee Titans on Saturday, having been active for only two games this season.

The 5-0 Saints released defensive lineman Jay Richardson to make room for Dawson.
