Saints Kick 49ers on Last Second Field Goal

The New Orleans Saints got a game winning field goal from Garret Hartley as time expired Sunday afternoon to beat the 49ers 23-20.

Hartley connected on all three of his attempts in the game after having missed 4 of his previous six attempts this season.

Drew Brees had 305 yards passing. Marques Colston had 80 yards receiving and passed Eric Martin to become the Saints all-time leading receiver.

The 49ers scored 17 points off of 3 Saints turnovers. The New Orleans Defense held San Francisco to 196 total yards, the second consecutive game the defense has held their opponent to less than 200 yards.
