The New Orleans Saints are in a rebuilding mode with their roster. Most of that work is happening on the defensive side of the ball, but not all of the work is happening with on-the-field signings.

The Saints coaching staff has some current holes, but the team is working to fill them according to the Louisiana Radio Network:

"The Saints have reportedly interviewed former 49ers head coach Jim Tomsula for their vacant defensive line coach position. Tomsula was the 49ers head coach for one season in 2015 and was fired after a 5-11 campaign. He didn’t coach this past season, but was San Fran’s D-line coach from 2007 to 2014."
