LSU Junior OF Gets Drafted By The Tampa Bay Rays

Before LSU takes on Coastal Carolina in this weekend's Super Regionals, the team was keeping their eyes on the first few rounds of the MLB Draft. Which was a good plan, especially for OF Jake Fraley. Here's more from the Louisiana Radio Network:

"Tiger junior outfielder Jake Fraley heard his name called by the Tampa Bay Rays Thursday in the MLB draft. He was the 77th overall pick coming in the final selection of the Lottery B round which followed the second round."

LSU will play Coastal Carolina Saturday and Sunday nights, the games can be heard in the Shreveport/Bossier area on 1130AM, with pre-game broadcasts starting at 7:30pm.
