LSU Baseball Team Gets Another Top 5 Preseason Ranking
The LSU baseball team is ranked number 5 in the new preseason poll from Perfect Game. It’s the Tigers second preseason Top 5 ranking. LSU is number 4 in the Collegiate Baseball poll, which came out last month.
The Tigers are the reigning SEC champions, but is only one of four SEC teams ranked in the Perfect Game Top 10. Arkansas and Vanderbilt are ranked 2nd and 3rd respectively. LSU opens the 2013 season February 5th at Alex Box stadium against Maryland.
