LSU moved way up after posting a series victory at No. 24 Ole Miss last weekend, including a 4-3, 13-inning victory on Friday and a 12-3 Win on Sunday.

LSU is in a first-place tie with South Carolina in the overall SEC standings. Now the Tigers have a four-game lead over Arkansas and Mississippi State in the SEC Western Division race.

Raph Rhymes continues to lead the nation in hitting, batting .500 (85-for-170) on the year with 11 doubles, three homers, 47 RBI and 38 runs.

Rhymes is batting .644 (38-for-59) with runners in scoring position, and he's hitting .512 in SEC games.
