Great Television Westerns of the 1960’s

The great television westerns from the 1960's are TV shows that will never be forgoten. I stumbled across a picture of Bonanza on the internet and it made me think of others like Gunsmoke, The Rifleman and Have Gun Will Travel.

Then I started trying to remember more of them and memories from my childhood started coming back to me.

My Dad, Mom and I used to go over to my Aunt's house to watch Bonanza. My Aunt had a color TV and Bonanza was just one of about three shows that were in color back then. Besides that, we enjoyed her company and loved Bonanza.

I thought you might enjoy watching the opening of Bonanza as Hoss, Little Joe, Adam and Ben Cartwright come riding up on their horses.
