Byrd Yellow Jackets Sting Southwood 49-8!

It was all about Byrd High's amazing Yellowjackets football team last night.  It was already a romp before the first quarter was over,  Byrd having scored 28 unanswered points.

In fact,  Head Coach Mike Suggs sent in the bench before half time ended with a 49-8  whoopin' of the Pokes.   That gave Byrd its 7th victory,  with no losses.

Big plays were made by Byrd quarterback Richard Carthon,  receiver Brandon Hudgens,  and running back Christian Willis.

Next week,   Byrd takes on Captain Shreve  at Lee Hedges Stadium.  It's a Friday night game,  so you can stay out as late as you want and party after another big win by the Yellowjackets.  Let's cheer them on as they go after their eighth victory!
