Weeks after wowing "X Factor" judges with a unique look and sound, Shreveport native Willie Jones has been eliminated. The 18-year-old Jones was disappointed, but put on a brave face, saying, "[It] sucks that I have to go home, but it was really fun to be here."

Jones lost out to fellow singers Jennel Garcia, Paige Thomas and CeCe Frey in the young adults category mentored by Demi Lovato. All three were chosen over the country crooner, who sang Michael Bublé's "You Don't Know Me."

Jones's 60,000+ strong Twitter fanbase, lovingly dubbed "Willionaires" by the singer, was less than happy about his dismissal from the show. They tweeted their disappointment in droves following the show.

Is this the last the world hears of Willie Jones' amazing voice? That seems unlikely. The sheer enthusiasm of the entire "X Factor" panel following Jones' take on Josh Turner's "Your Man" during his September debut speaks volumes about his potential.

And with such a loyal and passionate fanbase gained in mere weeks, it's hard to imagine that great things aren't still in store for the young singer.
