Jason Witten, tight end for the Dallas Cowboys wants to play in tonight's game against the New York Giants real bad.

Witten has told the team on several occasions that he would sign a waiver to not hold doctors or the Cowboys responsible if he plays and injures his spleen again.

At the present time the Cowboys officials say no dice but could change around game time if doctors happen to give clearance to play.

During his nine seasons playing in the NFL, Witten has only missed 1 game, that was early in career when he suffered a broken jaw.
