Troy Roundtree of Haughton Arrested for Rape of 6-Year-Old Girl

Caddo Sheriff’s Detectives have arrested Troy Roundtree, 23, for the 2005 aggravated rape of a young girl.

According to a news release from the Sheriff’s Office, the girl was six years old at the time the offense occurred.

She later confided to her DARE instructor, Caddo Deputy Dorothy Carter, who investigated and arrested Roundtree. Troy Roundtree was indicted by a Caddo Parish grand jury last Friday.

Caddo Parish detectives located him at his home in Haughton, then arrested and booked him into the Bossier jail as a fugitive. He has been transferred to Caddo Correctional Center where he’s being held on $250,000 bond.
