On the heels of the Texas A&M Aggies stunning victory over the Alabama Crimson Tide, many in Aggieland are understandably ecstatic. But this is not just another W in the standings. The win sent a message to the rest of the SEC that the Aggies are here to stay.

Outside of the players, their families and the coaches, there is no one who is excited for the Aggies' season more than Dave South. The radio play-by-play announcer for Texas A&M football spoke to 1130 The Tiger about the team's big win over Alabama's Crimson Tide, Heisman Trophy chances and more.

The Aggies are led, as they have been all season, by their quarterback Johnny "Football" Manziel. "He is a great talent," South says. "There have been times when I have said to myself 'I don't know how he got out of [a tough situation].'"

When asked if Manziel deserves the Heisman Trophy at the season, South says, "It's already being done, the media has jumped in there. I've seen interview after interview, I've seen Sam Montgomery from LSU make a comment saying 'Go ahead and give it to him right now.' He's got three more years ahead of him, if he doesn't win it this year he has another three years to make a run at it."

Feeling around Aggieland after the huge victory against Alabama, Dave says this is the biggest victory in Texas A&M's history.

Dave describes the Aggies' season. Has their record in the SEC hushed many of the critics? Which bowl game could Texas A&M potentially go to?
