The teams are practiced, the field is painted, the television and radio broadcasters are set up. All that remains is a pep rally/parade... and a spirited game to be played.

On this Bowl Selection Sunday, we have seen excitement, disappointment, and signs of flat-out robbery for teams going bowling. Something many Shreveporters have long waited for, is the Independence Bowl. Now we know who will take place in the 2012 rendition of the event.
