When we watch the Tigers play on Saturday, we marvel at their athletic prowess (usually) and we don't really know about all the work they put in during the week. All the weights, lifts, and training that go into being a football player is something fans don't normally get a glimpse of. Whenever we see the LSU Tigers football team, they are wearing some combination of the purple and gold and we don't think about it much.
