NSU Demons Coach Jay Thomas 2 and Oh! To Take on Cincinnati [INTERVIEW]

After defeating Southern University 55-12 in the Demons home opener in Natchitoches, first year NSU head coach Jay Thomas is 2-0. The best start for the Demons since 2007.

This week, NSU moves up in opponent quality as they move out to Cincinnati to take on the Cincinnati Bearkats.  The Demons will face FBS opponents two weeks straight.  Following the Cincinnati game, NSU will face Alabama-Birmingham.

I talked with Coach Thomas at Superior Steakhouse where he hosts the weekly Shreveport-Bossier NSU Demons Quarterback Club Lucheon on Thursdays at noon.
