My Friend Barney Cannon Loved Operation Santa Claus [PHOTOS]

Barney was my best friend and I know if he was still here today, he would ask you to give one new, unwrapped toy for Operation Santa Claus.

Barney loved seeing our hallways here at KWKH become filled with toys for children who otherwise wouldn't have anything for Christmas.

He used to do crazy stuff like wearing a diaper with Gary McCoy and Officer Don from the Bossier Parish Sheriff's Department when it was about 25 degrees outside.

This picture was taken at the Brookshire's store in Haughton. Now if that ain't proof that Barney and Gary want to make sure that every kid has something for Christmas, I don't know what is.

I'm asking you to bring just one new, unwrapped toy to KWKH at 6341 Westport Ave in Shreveport. You can bring more if you want to but just one is fine with us.
