Valentine's Day is a Thursday night this year and you might be thinking about planning a romantic night on the town.

    Also on Line Avenue...has an extensive wine list and a very creative menu. My favorite dish at Bella Fresca is the Veal Scaloppini. The fried Calamari is also a top selection for local diners. Their cheese selection is always one of the best in town. You will also find some great specials. Be sure to get reservations if you want a seat on Valentine's Day.     L'italiano in Bossier City

    No doubt, one of the best fine dining Italian restaurants in the region. My absolute favorite dish is the Polpette Alla Romana. It's braised meat balls baked in a mushroom, tomato, red wine demiglase sauce and served on a bed of Garlic olive oil spicy pasta.     Ernests Orleans

    Ernest's Orleans is one of the most famous restaurants in the entire region. It's easy to find on Spring Street near I-20. The Ernest's crab claws are perhaps the most famous appetizer in the area. But you will find some spectacular items on the main menu to insure you have a romantic night. You can't go wrong with the Red Snapper, but you will also have some other great options like the prime steaks, fresh seafood, and Italian specialties.     You will want to try the Cajun Crawfish Mac & Cheese on a visit to this lovely restaurant at the Boardwalk in Bossier City.     The snapper Orleans is quite a specialty.  It has a lump crab meat cream sauce on top of the delicate fish. You might also check out the seafood fettuccine which includes shrimp, crabmeat and crawfish tails with a white wine Beurre Blanc sauce. If you save room, check out the Ooey Gooey Louis dessert.
