LSU Ranked 6th in First BCS Poll of 2012

After a big Tiger Stadium win over South Carolina, the LSU Tigers have shown up in the first BCS poll of 2012. No surprise at who the number 1 team is either.

Alabama is the top team according to the BCS formula.  The SEC figures prominantly in the rankings.  Four of the top 7 ranked teams are from the SEC.
