LSU Baseball Beats Up on Louisiana-Lafayette: Win first road game 11-2

The 2nd ranked LSU baseball team came out swinging against in-state rival ULL and made quick work of the Ragin' Cajuns in the Tigers first road game of the season.

The Tigers, playing their first game in Lafayette since 2002, collected 14 hits while Sophomore left-hander Cody Glenn threw seven innings of shut-out baseball. Alex Bregman had a three run homer and Tyler Moore came off the bench to collect three hits and drive in three runs. Louisiana-Lafayette scored both their runs with two out in the bottom of the ninth.

The Tigers are back on the diamond this weekend; Friday and Saturday against Brown of the Ivy League, Sunday against Nicholls St.
