LSU linebacker Kevin Minter graduated last Friday, and on Sunday he was named recipient of the Charles McClendon Award as the LSU Football team's MVP.

Minter was one of several Tigers honored at the annual LSU Football Banquet which celebrated the team's 10-2 season that still can earn an 11th win on New Year's Eve when the #8 Tigers battle in the Chick-Fil-A Bowl in Atlanta against #14 Clemson.

Minter twice earned National Player of the Week honors in 2012.
