According to Fox Sports' Jay Glazer, Payton has informed him that he plans to sign another contract with the New Orleans Saints when his suspension ends.

While his team under performs on the gridiron, suspended New Orleans Saints coach Sean Payton finds himself working for owner Tom Benson's other entity: the New Orleans Hornets.

While he does have a job with the Hornets, he does not have one with the New Orleans Saints.

Long before any punishments were handed out for the bounty scandal, which decimated the 2012 Saints season, Payton signed a contract extension with the team in 2011.

Since then the NFL has decided to void the entire contract. Believe it or not, it has nothing to do with "Bountygate."

There is a clause in Payton's contract which allows him to leave the Saints if the team's general manager Mickey Loomis were fired, suspended, or decided to leave the team at his request.

Will Sean Payton decide to sign another contract with the New Orleans Saints?
