Did President Obama Violate the Constitution with His Immigration Decision?

There’s a lot of talk about President Obama's immigration decision. Many Americans strongly feel that Obama violated the Constitution with his immigration plan to use prosecutorial discretion not to go after young immigrants who came to the United States illegally.
