Dallas Cowboys Move To 2-0 To Start 2019 Season
The first two games of the season for the Dallas Cowboys have both been Divisional games against NFC East opponents. Which could have either given them a huge lead to start the year, or put them behind schedule.
After today's 31-21 road win against the Washington Redskins, the Cowboys find themselves 2-0 on the year, with both wins putting them ahead of the New York Giants, and Redskins in the Divisional standings.
The Cowboys offense has been looking great through two weeks as well. For back-to-back games, the Dallas offense has put more than 30 points on the scoreboard.
Against Washington, Dallas gained 474 total yards on offense, including 269 yards in the air for quarterback Dak Prescott. The Cowboys QB ended up accounting for more than 300 yards of total offense, by rushing for 69 yards on the ground to go with the air yards.
Ezekiel Elliott looks like the pre-season holdout hasn't hurt him at all. He rushed for 111 yards on 23 carries.
