Caddo Parish Sheriff's Office is currently investigating a shooting call that has left a male injured.

Deputies were called out after a man was admitted to Ochsner LSU Health with a single gunshot wound to the leg. The victim who refused to name the suspect in this shooting said it happened at a Bonfire on Highway 538. Sheriff’s deputies checked the area for a bonfire but found no evidence to verify the claims man by the shooting victim.

The case was turned over to detectives for further investigation at this time.
