There is plenty of talent from Shreveport currently playing in the NFL. Some Shreveport natives are even getting ready to play in the NFL playoffs.

Right now Shreveport has players like Tre'Davious White (Buffalo Bills), Jerry Tillery (LA Chargers), Brandon Wilson (Cincinnati Bengals), Donavan Wilson (Dallas Cowboys), and Greedy Williams (Cleveland Browns) are already in the league. Which that list can be expanded if you include players like Dak Prescott from Haughton (Dallas Cowboys) and Devin White from Springhill (Tampa Bay Buccaneers) on the list.

But there's about to be another name added to that list, as Oklahoma State defensive back Rodarius Williams has announced he is entering the NFL Draft this year.

Rodarius is the brother of current NFL player, and former LSU star, Greedy Williams.

The former Calvary Baptist star was a four year starter at Oklahoma State, and was one of the most productive defensive backs in the country this year. Something that Rodarious will be highlighting as he starts his NFL Draft push.

He was more than a lockdown defensive back this year, he was the best tackling defensive back in the nation. The only player in the Power 5 Conferences to have zero missed tackles with over 400 snaps on the field. Add in the fact he had 4 games where he allowed zero receiving yards, and didn't give up a receiving touchdown all year, and you can see a rising draft stock.

The NFL Draft prediction sites had Rodarius listed as a 5th or 6th round pick just a few weeks ago, but now they have him moving up.

Wherever he gets drafted, its clear that Rodarius is ready to play on Sundays.
