On what seemed like a unintentional hit to some, the National Football League thought otherwise.

The league has fined Saints safety Rafael Bush $21,000 for his hit on the Seahawks' Percy Harvin.

In the first quarter of the Saints' NFC Divisional Round game against the Seahawks, Rafael Bush hit the Seahawks' Percy Harvin hard enough to have Harvin leave the game for a few plays.

After referees reviewed the hit, Bush would receive a penalty for hitting a defenseless player.

While Harvin left the game to be tested for a concussion, he returned to the game. But, he would leave once again later in the game after a hard fall on the Century Link Field turf.

On Friday, the NFL decided that Bush would be fined $21,000 for the hit.
