This was the first sold out game at Fant-Ewing Coliseum in Monroe for the ULM Warhawks in 31 years.

But, it's their rivals to the west who leave the arena with the 83-61 victory.

Alex Hamilton led the scoring charge for Louisiana Tech. He scored 17 points, had nine rebounds and five assists.

Both Jason Johnson and Cordarius Johnson scored 12 points for Tech. Michale Kyser scored 10 and had four blocks for Tech.

ULM's Tylor Ongawe led the Warhawks in scoring, with 20 points. Jayon James scored 14 and Amos Olatayo had 11.

The Bulldogs, under the leadership of Michael White, improve their record to 10-3. The ULM Warhawks drop to 3-4.

Tech will have eight days off until they play the Oklahoma Sooners in Norman on December 30.

ULM will travel to Columbus this week and play Ohio State on Friday, December 27.
