The Louisiana High School Athletic Association has given the nod to allow Shreveport to host the state's High School Football All-Star Game.

Kelly Wells from the Shreveport-Bossier Sports Commission confirms that the LHSAA has voted in favor of allowing the state's top gridiron starts to come to Shreveport-Bossier for one game.

The game, which will take place on December 21, will be played at Independence Stadium.

A couple of shining stars on the football field from Louisiana, such as Parkway's Brandon Harris and West Monroe's Cameron Robinson, would be eligible to play in the All-Star Game.
