It looks like Charlie Sheen may have finally come back to reality. In an interview with Matt Lauer scheduled to run on Friday’s ‘Today,’ Sheen seemed somewhat contrite about his public meltdown last spring.

Tracy Lawrence can put his latest legal issue, Disorderly Conduct, behind him. The charges have been dismissed. “The charges being dropped against me pretty much says everything,” said Lawrence. The district attorney chose not to pursue the case against Lawrence, because of lack of confidence in available evidence.  The charges against the promoter are still pending.

Some of country music’s  newer stars came together to help a good cause this Labor Day. Performing on the MDA Labor Day Telethon this weekend were Martina McBride, Lady Antebellum and Darius Rucker.

Faith Hill might have a ways to go to match the sports theme longevity that Hank Williams, Jr. has had, but when ‘Sunday Night Football’ returns on September 11, she'll will be back, too. Hill has recorded a new version of the theme song, ‘Waiting All Day for Sunday Night,’ as she returns for her fifth year with the show.
