The West Monroe Rebels were lead by their standout all around player Slade Bolden, who committed to Alabama over the summer, as Bolden was playing QB for the Rebels. The Game was close than the halftime scored showed as it was 20-7 West Monroe with BTW driving the ball downfield before the clock hit 0:00.

Eventually, West Monroe would pull away after a back and forth scoring run for both teams as the Rebels ended up winning 30-21. Both teams had a problem protecting the football with both teams fumbling twice and West Monroe throwing two interceptions. West Monroe moves to 2-0 on the year as BTW (Tulsa,OK) moves to 2-1.
