Watch This Amazing Bear Wave Goodbye [VIDEO]

When I was about 5 years-old I was amazed when a talking parrot seemed to be having a conversation with me. For several weeks after seeing him in that store, I tried to have conversations with all the birds that I saw in my yard at home.

This bear is pretty amazing too. Watch him wave bye, bye just like he means it.
