Northwestern State's four-horsemen approach at the quarterback spot could continue into Saturday's home conference game against Central Arkansas. Demons head coach, Jay Thomas said J.D. Almond, Joel Blumenthal, Daniel Hazelwood and Stephen Rivers all showed bright spots with their one-quarter of work in last Saturday's loss to Mississippi State.

"I'm traditionally a one-quarterback coach but because of the parity between them, we've given them more chances. Going into this week, we'll once again be in a quarterback rotation based off how the game's going."

The Demons and Bears are a combined 0-5 on the year, kick off in Turpin Stadium at 6pm.
