Tim Fletcher: LA Tech Football Practice Has Heat Issues

Louisiana Tech's first practice of the preseason was delayed a few hours due to excessive heat, starting at 7 p.m. instead of 3:30 p.m. but the enthusiasm didn't wane with the postponement.  Head Coach, Skip Holtz said, "I certainly think that helped the tempo and mindset and the way they are working right now.  They were out there and had a lot of energy."

Tech opens the season at home on September 5th at home against Southern.
