The Saints Will Be Without Two Defensive Stars This Sunday
The New Orleans Saints seem to have been the most injured team in the NFL over the last 4 years. Not that it's been one massive injury to a big star like the Vikings and Cardinals have experienced, it's more one guy here, one guy there, until the team is missing half of their starters.
This year it was the offense with issues when their starting line began to have issues staying healthy, but now it's onto the defensive side of the ball. The Louisiana Radio Network has more:
"The Saints look for their first win of the year on Sunday when they visit Carolina. The Panthers are 2-0 and they rank number one in the NFL in total defense, allowing less than 200 yards a game.
Panthers QB Cam Newton has also been limited, but expected to start Sunday, and the Saints say cornerbacks Marshon Lattimore and Sterling Moore will not play Sunday against Newton and the Carolina Panthers."
