#TBT: We Found Herbie the Love Bug in the Shreveport-Bossier! [PHOTO]

If you were a fan of the movies, you'll be pleased to know that Herbie does, in fact, ride again!

I was cruising to wine tasting at Wine Country when something caught my eye. Herbie! Yep, there is a modern day Herbie who is making his presence known in Shreveport-Bossier.

As a kid, I loved the Herbie movies. My favorite was Herbie Rides Again. The classic tale of a car who had a life and mind of his own. And he always saved the day. I watched a lot of these films on VHS on days I was sick and had to stay home from school.

After seeing this car, I was flooded with wonderful Herbie memories. Like washing windows, swimming in the ocean, competing in games of "chicken", and more.
