Shreveport to Host Another Major Bass Fishing Tournament

The Shreveport-Bossier Sports Commission announced today that the Red River will host another major bass fishing tournament later this year.

The Fishers of Men District Six Championship will be here in November. The event will be one of 11 national qualifiers for the organization.

The tournament is expected to have around a six hundred thousand dollar economic impact on the area.
