We all know that the rain has been coming down pretty hard in the Shreveport/Bossier area for the last few days. There have been points where the water has flooded roadways to where cars cannot make it through, but I don't know that I've ever seen anything like this.

What this video appears to show is flooding waters rushing back up a manhole cover and out onto a road. Which to me says one of two things: either the flow under the road is blocked by something forcing it back up, or there is just SO MUCH WATER running under the road that it has to come back up.

Either way, this is an interesting video, and hopefully we would all think to do the same thing if we saw it...FILM IT!
