Pilots Fly High In The Classroom

Despite the loss of their storied soccer program this season, it has been a great and competitive year for LSU-Shreveport Athletics.

Now, Athletic Director Chad McDowell has something else to be proud of.

The LSU-Shreveport Pilots were recognized by the Red River Athletic Conference for performing well in the classroom throughout the entire 2012-2013 academic year.

In total, 45 athletes were honored for having a grade point average for 3.0 or higher:
