Kyle Blankenship and leading scorer Rodney Milum speak after the game:

Kyle Blankenship's Pilots overcame a 14-point deficit to send the Rams back to Fort Worth with the "L."

The Pilots (20-5, 15-4 RRAC) shot an outstanding 62% in the second half and were led by the likes of Rodney Milum's 23 points, Mark Politte's 22 points and Brandon Davis' six assists and nine rebounds, two blocked shots, and three steals and 17 points.

Rydell Harris gave the Pilots' fans plenty to cheer about as he had his eighth double-double of the season which included 13 points and 11 rebounds. Harris led the Pilots' in rebounding as the Pilots overall out rebounded the Rams 41-30.

Texas Wesleyan (17-12, 10-11 RRAC) was led by Mo Weathers who led the Rams in scoring with his 29 points on the night. Weathers was also 5-11 from downtown.

Next up for the Pilots, they will head to Hawkins, Texas to square off against the Jarvis Christian Wildcats. The Pilots and Wildcats will play on Thursday night at 7:30 p.m.

In order for things to work out in the Pilots' favor to claim win the Red River Athletic Conference outright, the Pilots must win their next two games on the road and conference lead Southwestern Assemblies of God University has to lose one of their remaining three games, including next Monday when the Pilots at SAGU face off at The Dock for the last regular season game.
