It was an intense game last night at "The Dock" on the campus of LSU-Shreveport as the Pilots inch past the Our Lady of the Lake Saints 95-91.

It was a rough battle throughout the contest, but it came down to shooting from the free throw line.

With the loss, OLLU drops to 8-6 overall and 6-2 in the RRAC. The Pilots were able to decrease their deficit in the RRAC standings to a .5 game behind OLLU and are now 1 1/2 out of first place.

For OLLU, after starting the season ranked #7 nationally, they hit a rough skid after losing the first 4 games of the season. As of late the Saints have been able to rebound but it just was not enough on Monday night.

The Pilots will be back in action on Thursday night when they take on the Jarvis Christian Bulldogs at 7:30 p.m. at "The Dock"
