Ultimate Fighting Championship fighter Dustin Poirier likes it spicy.  After his stunning and decisive win over MMA powerhouse Conor McGregor in UFC 257, the Louisiana native was seen showing off his brand new hot sauce (Poirier's Louisiana Style Hot Sauce).

Whether it was his love of hot sauce, or his TKO/KO victory over one of the biggest names to ever step into the octagon that put him on host Sean Evans' radar - we may never know.  What we do know is Diamond Dustin Poirier is slated to appear on Sean's immensely popular web show "Hot Ones."

The show is basically a standard interview (although Evans does come up with some pretty interesting questions), but the catch is a doozy.  Before answering a question, the guest must eat hot wings.  With each question, the wings get increasingly hotter.  Dustin's episode will premiere Thursday (February 4th).

I'm honestly curious how our Louisiana son will fare.  He does have his own hot sauce, and does get punched in the face for a living - so I would bet he makes father than most.  The real question is this: How many wings can he eat before he has to tap out? Here's another Louisiana native on the show for reference.  Just so you know, Shaquille O'Neal promised that he wouldn't even make a face in response to the heat coming off of those wings.  Think he was able to keep that promise?
