33 years ago, “The Dukes of Hazzard” debuted on CBS.

If you’re about the same age as me, you probably watched this show every week — this was one of my favorite shows while growing-up.

“The Dukes of Hazzard” was based on a 1974 movie called “Moonrunners.” The movie, just like the television show, was narrated by Waylon Jennings, who also provided the opening theme song, “Theme from The Dukes of Hazzard (Good Ol’ Boys).”
