Achievements:  Played high school football in Springhill.  Played college football at Northwestern State.  Selected in the first round of the 1988 NFL Draft by the New England Patriots.  Rushed for 1,168 yards in 1988 and won the NFL Rookie of the Year Award.  Elected to the 1988 Pro Bowl.  Played in six NFL season for four different teams.  His daughter, Sloane Stephens, is the #18 ranked Tennis Professional in the world.
